Hi, I’m Shane Emms,
The Founder of Creating Edge.
My reasons for founding Creating Edge!
I understand the challenges that leaders face today.
I experienced them personally over many years & knew there had to be a better way!
After 25+ years in corporate life, I decided to combine my experience & the practical learnings with the latest research to help leaders address specific challenges they face!
